Monday. Arrive in Paris!

Our driver is there to meet you at the airport and deliver you to the hotel. After you settle in, we meet for a champagne welcome at a nearby cooking studio. We’ll learn how to cook French bistro classics and enjoy our dinner in the dining room overlooking the Seine. Dinner is with wine, of course!.

Tuesday. Île St-Louis

We meet on Île St-Louis and visit a small foie gras shop for a tutorial and tasting. There’ll be a few hours of free time to explore this small island in the middle of the Seine before we meet at the oldest caviar house in Paris where we begin with a caviar workshop to learn how to create caviar appetizers.

Wednesday. Epicurean Walk & Truffle Lunch

Place de la Madeleine is the hub of gourmet food shopping. We start with an exclusive eclair tasting at world-famous Fauchon, then visit nearby food shops and finish at the best truffle restaurant in France for a 3-course truffle-themed lunch paired with wines.

Thursday. Market Tour & Cooking Class

From our Parisienne market and cooking maven we learn how to shop the markets of Paris. Then, laden with our ingredients, we walk to a nearby cooking studio where we create a marvellous lunch and enjoy it under a canopy of trees.

Friday. Ecole Ritz Escoffier

If the Paris Ritz isn’t the most famous hotel in the world we don’t know what is. We meet there for a private tour and then descend into the kitchens for a cooking class in the famous Ritz Escoffier professional cooking school. Lunch is served in the Ritz library.
